Our namesake [Kurenai] is ordered by about 70% of guests. The noodles, made daily in our own factory in seven thicknesses, are one of a kind; the broth that stands up to them is boiled on full heat from lots of pork bones, whole chickens and chicken feet. The miso base is matured miso blended with our own mix of spices, for a rich, deeply savoury flavour. Add spicy miso for ¥70 to change it up.
