I can't handle spicy food. Can I still eat here?
Yes. Miso Ramen is only mildly spicy (spice 0.5), and Kids' Ramen (for younger children) is not spicy at all.
What's the most popular dish?
Kurenai Ramen, our namesake. About 70% of customers order it — spicy, with plenty of rich flavour.
Is there a really hot option?
Oni-Kurenai Ramen (spice 5) is our challenge menu. You can add extra spicy miso for ¥70.
What's special about the noodles?
Made every day in our own noodle factory: wavy noodles in seven thicknesses from 2 mm to 1 cm, mixed in one bowl.
What are your hours and closing days?
Fuchu: 11:00–22:30 (closed New Year and summer holidays). Kokubunji: 11:00–22:00 (closed Mondays; if a national holiday, open and closed the next Tuesday). Musashi-Shinjo: Tue–Sat 11:00–14:30 & 18:00–21:00, Sun 11:00–15:00 (closed Mondays). Temporary closures are posted in our news.
Can I buy it outside the shops?
Yes: two 24-hour vending machines in Fuchu (3-18-5 Tenjincho and 2-2-4 Fuchucho), online on Amazon and Rakuten Ichiba (Japan delivery), Furusato Nozei (Satofull, Furusato Choice), and Uber Eats from Fuchu and Kokubunji.
